To sign-up for PUG SMA Premium Service and/or Add-On Service you must complete the following steps:
- Choose a subscription option: Monthly (1-month), Quarterly (3-months), Semi-Annually (6-months) or Annualy (12-months). Payment can be made by: 1) my mailing a check to PUG Stock Market Analysis, LLC PO Box 1034 Mokena, IL 60448 or 2) using a credit card with the Buy Now bottom on the right-hand side of the blog. If you are mailing a check, please send me an e-mail at email@example.com and notify me. Note: Payments must be made before midnight on the first trading day of the month. All subscriptions run from the first day of the month to the final day of the month. Example: If you make a payment for a monthly subscription on the 19th day of a month, your subscription will not begin until the 1st day of the next month and will last to end of that month. This is because Premium and Add-On Service content passwords are issued on a monthly basis and are valid for the entire month. If you are interested in a partial quartley subscription, then e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss a pro-rated payment.
- Read the Terms of Service (TOS) Agreement, print, initial (each page), sign/date (final page), scan and then e-mail the completed TOS back to me at email@example.com. Note: If you don't have a scanner, the TOS can also be mailed back to me at PUG Stock Market Analysis, LLC PO Box 1034 Mokena, IL 60448. I don't have a fax. Note: When you e-mail me to return the TOS, please be sure to provide your preferred contact e-mail for providing you the monthly password.
- Once steps 1 and 2 are completed, I will provide the monthly Premium Service content password via e-mail on the last evening of the month prior to the month your service is to begin. If you signed up for the quarterly or annual service, then you will receive a new monthly password via e-mail for each month of your subscription the night before that month is set to begin.
